Home Front Housing Project – Graphic Design

The Home Front Housing Project is a start-up non-profit whose mission is to provide affordable housing for our veterans in Albany, NY.

The client was seeking a new patriotic logo design with a warm, inviting feel. The result is a simplistic and modern design that immediately informs viewers of what the project is about.

One of the challenges was determining how to incorporate the lengthy name and any graphics into one cohesive entity.

The end result builds the structure of the house using typography and the star replaces what would be the chimney. Typography builds up the house reflecting how the group is renovating old buildings.

The logo celebrates the strength of our veterans.
