Canva is a platform that allows you to design just as I would. You can start from scratch but it also provides free and pro templates to get you started. It lets you setup your Brand Kit to easily apply your brand colors, fonts, etc. to their templates. It also provides free and pro stock photos, elements, fonts and more!
I highly recommend Canva as a great tool to implement your brand from presentations to social media graphics.
